Currently in its 10th year of operation, Chisholm’s Diploma of Outdoor Recreation course has set new standards in delivery of quality training in a range of outdoor activities.

Chisholm provides training to those that are seeking a career within the Outdoor Recreation Industry working as Guides, Instructors, Facilitators and Managers. Our graduates cater for a wide range of clients needs in challenging outdoor environments.

We are the experts in providing quality training under the nationally accredited Outdoor Recreation Training Package and completion of our course can provide the building blocks for many other courses within the TAFE system.

Enrolling in the course can start an amazing personal growth experience where you will learn a lot about your self and even more about the interpersonal skills required to be a successful outdoor facilitator.

TRAINING OPTIONS

Candidates can choose between Chisholm’s Diploma of Outdoor Recreation or Chisholm’s Outdoor Leader Specialisation (COLS) courses.

New for 2010, Chisholm’s Outdoor Leader Specialisation courses are designed to cater for individuals seeking an activity specific leadership qualification. In 2010 specialist training in bushwalking, sea kayaking, mountain biking and canoeing are on offer. For more information please go to COLS.
