The Outdoor Education Group


The Outdoor Education Group (OEG) is a not for profit organisation founded in 1984.

OEG educates over 20,000 participants each year from over 100 client schools. OEG aims to form strategic partnerships with schools to educate students about themselves, communities and the environment through outdoor experiential learning.

The highly qualified and experienced outdoor leadership staff have extensive industry experience and are active in personal expeditions and outdoor pursuits.

As well as delivering the Diploma in Outdoor Recreation for Swinburne TAFE, OEG provides training and professional development for its current staff, provide curriculum and a framework of standards and assessment both at OEG and through industry links.
