At Out Doors Inc. (ODI), we are a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to delivering outdoor adventure and recreation programs across Victoria for people living with, or at risk of, mental ill health.

We believe people learn and grow best through experience. Our programs focus on participants’ strengths, abilities, and potential, rather than their illness or disability, creating opportunities for connection, confidence, and personal growth through nature-based experiences.

The Role

We are seeking qualified and experienced Outdoor Program Workers to join our dynamic team on a casual basis. In this role, you will work directly with individuals and groups, supporting the delivery of activity-based nature and adventure programs that create meaningful outcomes for participants.

Programs are delivered by teams of 2–3 staff and support groups of up to 12 participants. Trips range from single-day activities through to multi-day expeditions of up to five days.

Outdoor Program Workers support the Program Coordinator, who leads and manages the overall program delivery, participant wellbeing, and logistics.
