About the role
As a Coach at The Summit, you will help facilitate a range of outdoor adventure activities, team challenges, workshops and games for our guests.
You will work with a variety of groups, including schools, sporting clubs, community groups, corporate teams and private groups, helping create safe, engaging and memorable experiences.
We are looking for people who:

No previous experience is required
We provide comprehensive onsite training and will teach you the skills required to safely facilitate our activities and programs.
Successful applicants will be required to hold:
- A current Working with Children Check
- Level 2 First Aid certification
2027 Recruitment & Training
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend a three-day onsite recruitment and guest experience program from the 12th to the 14th of January 2027.
Applicants who are offered a position will then be required to attend our five-day paid Coach Training Program from 18th – 22nd of January 2027.
