Outdoor Activity Program Facilitators

UC Camping is seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals whom have a passion for the outdoors and natural environment to join our activity program team for the 2021/2022 season. Positions are available across our 4 Victorian venues.

About the role

The position requires facilitating a range of outdoor adventure activities. You will need to demonstrate your knowledge, skills and experience in the delivery of outdoor recreational programs with a diverse background client group.

Successful applicants must be able to work independently and cooperatively, and relate well to clients, staff and outside providers.

Essential Selection Criteria:
  • Experience delivering center based outdoor education
  • Minimum current Senior First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current working with children’s check (or willingness to obtain)

Remuneration will depend on qualifications and experience. Casual hourly rate ranges between $26.56 - $31.75 All staff are covered under the Uniting Church Camping Lay Staff Collective Employment Agreement 2021
