About this Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of High Country Campus (Jindabyne) and manage all administrative tasks while supporting the High Country Campus leadership team. This position assists our High Country Campus leadership team to support the School's Year 9 Moonbah Program, which is rooted in Redlands' commitment to nurturing each student's personal growth. At Redlands' High Country Campus, students live in community and on country to immerse themselves in the environment, fostering connection, learning, and leadership through a diverse interdisciplinary curriculum.

About you

The successful applicant will be someone who is passionate about creating a positive impact for our students and the School, and to foster and promote proactive and positive relationships between all stakeholders. This is a front facing role which acts as the first point of contact, with the successful candidate's passion for great customer service providing an engaging and positive first impression to visitors of our High Country Campus!

To succeed in this role, you should have the following competencies and experience:

  • Ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrate strong professional verbal and written communication skills - Excellent customer service is key!
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
