Location: BDA HQ (Wollongong) + Programs across NSW & Sydney surrounds
Contract: Part-Time, Fixed Term – February to August
Pay: $410–$450/day (field) | $250/day (HQ) — based on experience

Join the close-knit, high-performing team at Black Diamond Adventures, one of NSW’s leading outdoor education providers. We’re looking for passionate, capable outdoor leaders to support our Term 1 and 2 programs. For the right people, this role can grow into something longer term.

What’s on Offer

• A variety of programs from 2–5 days running February through August
• Additional work available from August to December for strong performers
• Field-based delivery of Duke of Ed and expedition-style school camps
• HQ days supporting logistics, gear preparation, and operations (HQ is right near the beach!)
• Competitive daily rates: $410–$450 (field) | $250 (HQ)

A Stepping Stone to Full-Time

What We’re Looking For

• Cert IV or a strong Cert III in Outdoor Leadership
• Solid field experience and confidence in program delivery
• Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working across field, warehouse, and office environment
