We are a mobile company that works in multiple locations across NSW with a wide variety of program styles ranging from Expeditions, Centre Based, Coastal, Base Camp and Leadership focused.
Who You Are:
- Certified and Experienced: You have a minimum Cert 4 in Outdoor Leadership, with a current Wilderness/Remote First Aid, CPR, and NSW Working with Children’s Check. Cert 3 in Outdoor Leadership will be considered for the right applicant.
- A Communicator: Your skills in facilitation and instruction turn every program into a memorable learning experience.
- Adaptable and Collaborative: You're ready to tackle challenges and adapt to the needs of each group, all while supporting team goals.

Overtime first 3 hours. Monday-Sunday | $39.27 | First 3 Hours after 10 hours. |
Overtime after 3 hours. Monday-Sunday | $52.36 | After 13 hours. |
First Aid Allowance | $0.52 | $19.90 per week of work |
Superannuation | 11% | Paid on top of wage |
