We are seeking Casual Facilitators to join our Tribe. You will be very comfortable in the outdoors and demonstrate your awareness and belief in the value of working in nature and the use of adventure and challenge to support personal development in groups and individuals.

The ideal candidate has experience working with school groups, teachers and is passionate about providing a positive and safe experience for their client group.
Ideally, they will be based in Cairns (our Cape York hub) or Darwin (our Top End hub), and have a background or worked within the education, tourism or Indigenous engagement sectors.
