Optimum Experiences Outdoor Adventures is currently seeking an experienced facilitator for an Operations Manager role. We are based in Nowra, NSW however, as a mobile outdoor education provider we operate primarily in the South Coast, Southern Highlands, and Sydney regions.
The successful applicant must have relevant industry experience and demonstrate exceptional communication and planning capabilities. We would welcome someone who has facilitation experience and is ready tio take the next step in their personal and professional journey. Alternatively, if you have had a prior leadership role and are seeking a positive and well-supported change, we would also love to hear from you.
This role will be directly supported by the General Manager and responsibilities include:
- Camp Director on selected experiences
- Staffing
- Staff training and development
- Program development and delivery
