Boomerang Adventures is a dynamic and well-respected outdoor education company located in Picton NSW.

We have a 2 year traineeship available commencing January 2026. This is a full-time position. During your working hours you will study Certificate III and IV in Outdoor Leadership. The course fees will be paid by Boomerang Adventures. 

If you have already completed a Certificate III in Outdoor Recreation or Leadership, you are encouraged to apply. A one year Certificate IV traineeship may be made available for suitable applicants.

To be eligible for the position you must:

• Be a minimum of 18 years of age
• Have a Current Working with Children Check Number (or be willing to obtain prior to commencement)
• Be an Australian Citizen or a permanent resident.
