The Y Discovery Camps are seeking passionate individuals with an interest in outdoor education to join their intake of trainees in 2025! Work alongside the programs team at our camps, completing a traineeship that allows you to work full-time at our camps, while gaining your Certificate IV in Outdoor Recreation.

While working in a 12 month fixed-term, full-time position at one of the above camps, you will receive an attractive pay rate throughout this traineeship.
Successful candidates will be energetic individuals with a real passion and desire to work outdoors, and interested in a career in outdoor education.
