Land’s Edge is a leading outdoor education provider based in New South Wales, delivering inspiring, nature-based learning experiences for schools, youth groups, and communities. Our programs combine adventure, environmental education, and personal development to help young people connect with nature, build confidence, and develop life skills.
Predominately operating across Sydney Harbour and the NSW South Coast, Land’s Edge offers a diverse range of experiences including outdoor education programs, school camps, surf school activities, and group accommodation for visiting schools and organisations.

About you
Do you have a passion for the outdoors & working with youth?
Do you have strong communication and teamwork skills?
Do you have qualifications or substantial experience in bushwalking, alpine, surfing, snorkeling, kayaking, canoeing, SUP or MTB?
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated outdoor education experience
- Relevant qualifications (Certificate III, IV, or Diploma in Outdoor Leadership / Outdoor Education)
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong group management and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including multi-day programs
About the Role
- Facilitate safe, engaging and educational outdoor programs for school students in a variety of diverse environments.
- Meals and accommodation whilst on program
- First Aid kit provided for use on program
- Competitive rates of pay reflective of your experience
