Office Administrator

We require an enthusiastic and motivated office administrator to assist with enabling a smooth operation of the office and all Outdoor Programs.

Position Description

This position involves a number of stimulating duties;

  • Answering incoming calls, screening calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls as required.
  • Responding to email enquiries.
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office.
  • Data entry and generating reports.
  • Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
  • Update and maintain website, social media and online store.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure data is imported to website and progress of medical forms is updated.
  • Assist with the production of promotional materials.
  • Assist with the management of the calendar and bookings.
  • Assist with parent/guardian contact prior to program.
  • Assist with booking catering services.
  • Assist in the coordination of pickup of ill students on program. Liaise with parents and school.
  • Assist with first aid kit maintenance and stock control.
  • Assisting key management team in preparing for outdoor programs.
  • Assist in management of gear store and office complex.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Staffing Manager to ensure they have the support and resources to deliver high quality programs.
Applicants should display:
  • An enthusiastic and motivated attitude to both life and work.
  • The ability to work alone and as part of the team.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
  • High level communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skill and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • A minimum of 12 months in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Access.
  • A willingness to learn new computer skills.
Our package includes:
  • 5 days a week Mon - Fri. 9am – 3pm. (Seasonal fluctuation during peak times).

  • Support in furthering professional development.
  • Starting salary from $28,044.90 at 22.5 hours per week.

Location: Our office headquarters in Albion Park Rail, NSW.
